Tell us about yourself!: I'm just a regular guy that loves beer. I've been drinking better beers for the last six or seven years - maybe longer. I never really was a fan of "fizzy yellow beers" and always wanted something better.

I started out with Saranac, Sam Adams and Magic Hat and have since moved up to Rogue, Stone, Dogfish Head, Samuel Smith's and other craft breweries from around the world.

I call myself "The Amateur Connoisseur" - as in I genuinely appreciate better beer but I'm NOT an expert (not yet, at least!).

How did you get started as a beer blogger?: I've always been a writer both professionally and as a recreational hobbyist. I combine my writing skills with my enthusiasm for beer in my beer blog.

I am interested in: collaboration, guest posting, meetups, conferences, trading links, helping new bloggers, recieving advice
