Why a social networking site for beer bloggers?

My answer is - Why don't we have one already?

With common goals, common audiences, and opportunities to network, cross promote and share ideas, meet up or join.

My goals for the site are:
To have links to member blogs
To create opportunities for collaboration, cross promotion and interaction
To create a working space to discuss a possible conference for beer bloggers in 2010 or beyond

I do not want to do this alone, but I'm happy to make the first steps. I welcome feedback and criticism and dedicate myself to the pursuit of beer blogger collaboration and networking!

A Firkin of Jalapeño Pils

The casked jalapeño pils was light, wonderful, and perfectly spicy.  What a fantastic beer!  I could drink it all day and all night long.

Awesomeness in a glass!
